Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2014

A remarkable ten-year-old Sauvignon blanc. The aromatics were very restrained in the wine's youth but have since developed into a greater complexity as the wine has aged. On the palate, the fresh acidity is balanced and vibrant even in the wine's older age serving to lift the rich textured fruit and chalk notes created by the extended lees ageing the wine experienced. An incredibly unique style of Sauvignon blanc, that has aged gracefully for the past ten years.
