Our Chenin blanc grapes are sourced from old vines in Stellenbosch, planted in 1966. The wine is certified and part of the Old Vine Project which aims to preserve older, less productive vines by showcasing the quality of wines they can produce. Berry bunches are hand-harvested and pressed directly to concrete eggs for natural fermentation. This allows the wine to remain vibrant and truly express its distinctiveness. Extended lees contact adds luxuriousness, by adding texture and mouthfeel.
