A Sauvignon blanc representing the more tropical style. The wine is shaped around fresh fruit aromas such as granadilla (Elgin), pear and guava (Stellenbosch). The palate expresses great purity in fruit, and a softer acidity. A lovely wine to accompany any summer dish.
