What is shipping policy?

Delivery within South Africa takes 7 - 10 business days. Contact us for international delivery options.

Can I return wine?

You may return items at your cost within 14 days if unsatisfied. Refunds are issued if products are faulty. Refunds are processed to the original payment method or by EFT for non-card payments.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled if they haven’t left our premises. Contact us to confirm cancellation.

Best storage practices?

Store wine in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Maintain a consistent temperature between 50-55°F (10-13°C) for optimal ageing. Keep bottles horisontal to ensure the cork remains moist.

Can I buy wine if I am under 18?

No, you must be 18 or older to purchase wine. Orders cannot be transferred to others.

Yes, delivery is free for orders over R1200 within South Africa.
